Creative Assistant
West Coast-based fine jewelry company Spinelli Kilcollin seeks an experienced and highly organized Creative Assistant to join our Los Angeles team. This role is vital to supporting the brand’s marketing, eCommerce, and branding initiatives through high-quality visual asset production.
The Creative Assistant is responsible for executing photography, retouching, and straightforward video work to maintain a polished and consistent brand presence. This role requires a detail-oriented, creative professional with strong technical skills in photography, videography, and post-production editing.
The ideal candidate is highly adaptable, organized, and passionate about visual storytelling. We seek a self-motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic and collaborative setting. Candidates must be based in the Los Angeles area.
Key Responsibilities
Photography & Videography
Capture on-model eCommerce images for product launches, sales, and website updates.
Produce lifestyle, product, and in-store imagery for marketing campaigns and web content.
Retouching & Editing
Retouch product and on-model imagery to achieve professional, high-quality results.
Campaign & Photoshoot Support
Assist the Creative Manager with in-house campaign photoshoots.
Support external photoshoot production, including material sourcing, outreach, rentals, and bookings.
Asset Management
Monitor and update product imagery on the website, coordinating new shoots as needed.
Organize and manage the digital asset library using Adobe Bridge and Dropbox.
Respond efficiently to image pull requests and prepare assets for various use cases.
QualificationsLocation & Availability
Based in Los Angeles with access to reliable transportation.
Flexible for hybrid work, including remote tasks, in-office collaboration, and on-site shoots.
Expertise
Experience with on-model and product eCommerce photography and lighting setups.
Strong skills in product and model image retouching with attention to detail.
Proficiency
Videography (DSLR): shooting, editing, and color grading.
Adobe Suite Experience:
Expert in Photoshop.
Proficient in Premiere Pro and Adobe Bridge.
Familiarity with Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects is a plus.
