We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts across multiple channels. Reporting directly to the co-founders, the Marketing Director will be instrumental in shaping and executing our brand’s marketing strategies. This role will oversee key teams including Content, Social Media, Influencer & Community Marketing, and Marketing Project Management, while collaborating closely with Creative, Digital, and Retail teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop strategic brand and seasonal marketing strategies in collaboration with co-founders, ensuring a holistic 360 approach from planning through execution.

Manage marketing strategy and storytelling across all platforms in partnership with the Digital team to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.

Proven track record of successful campaign execution from ideation to launch.

Collaborate with the Retail team to execute retail store events and product launches, developing programs that promote core products effectively.

Create and oversee the marketing budget, managing expenses for events, influencer engagements, etc., and ensuring adherence to financial constraints.

Lead social media marketing efforts, staying abreast of new and emerging platforms and trends, and oversee paid social media initiatives.

Direct the Influencer & PR strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversion through effective strategies.

Support social content and channel management strategies to ensure consistent and compelling brand presence.

Cultivate strategic sponsorships and partnerships to support brand events.

Foster the professional and personal development of the Marketing and Brand team through goal setting, coaching, and career development initiatives.

Drive innovation and evolution of the brand through continuous ideation and market insights.

Focus on branding and packaging, emails; Role entails creative work with Associate Art Director and someone who can own creative email and concepting make sure on deadline and budget

Help lead the search for a new PR agency or in house person

Prior experience in helping guide and direct/strategy for Digital Marketing, and work with Roni and the team on digital marketing

Marketing team reports into this person: (4 or 5 ppl—Social Media Manager, lead graphic designer, asst graphic designer, Marketing/ ecom intern, maybe Associate Director reporting in)

Creating and executing store events and activations with retail partners and for the brick and mortar store

VP of Ecom working quite closely with person

Emails and the Branding is the largest part of the role

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

3-5 years in a leadership or managerial role.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Strong leadership and management skills with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, leveraging data to optimize performance.

Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Proficiency in marketing technology platforms, analytics tools, and digital marketing channels.

Detail-oriented with a focus on business goals and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Salary $130,000 + Bonus
