Creative / Content Marketer (Part Time or Contract)
KEY AREAS OF FOCUS
● Takes responsibility for social media + email strategy, execution and reporting for three hotels – Woodstock Way, Kingston Carriage House and New Paltz Way
● Takes responsibility for content partnerships (influencers, photographers, videographers)
● Supports Sales, Web, OTA and Press Strategy with copy, photography, and video
● Cultivates Partnerships that drive new audiences to the hotel
SPECIFIC TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategically Collects + Creates Content
- Creates select content (less than 20% of content)
- Collects content through partnerships (80% of content)
- Identifies, recruits and negotiates deliverables, and books influencers who contribute content
- Identifies, recruits, negotiates deliverables and books photographer who contribute content
- Identifies, recruits, negotiates deliverables and books brand partnerships which result in content.
Strategically Organizes Content
- Organizes content on dropbox and google drive
- Organizes specific content for OTA efforts, Sales, Press, General Marketing
Strategically Distributes Content to Drive Revenue, Rate & Reputation of Hotels
- Instagram / Facebook / Social
- Google / Trip Advisor
- Website
- Press & Partnerships
Strategic Partnerships
- Cultivates and manages marketing and brand partnerships that help drive new audiences to our hotels.
- Develops content through partnerships to tell the unique and compelling story of our hotels.
Reporting
- Reviews Reports and Analytics
- Reports on the Success of Content & Brand Partnerships
