RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide strong administrative support to the daily operations, including marketing samples support, data entry, and maintaining proper records of all required documentation
Ensure accurate and timely data entry and record-keeping to facilitate smooth operations and project management
Manage samples, including manual handling of products such as cartons packing/unpacking and shelf stocking/removal
Ensure the upkeep and tidiness of the samples room, maintaining an organized and efficient workspace
Arrange all local and overseas courier deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of samples and materials
Coordinate with couriers and logistics partners to manage the delivery schedule and resolve any issues promptly
Assist co-producers on multiple projects, including but not limited to sourcing props, venues, and other required aspects of projects
Collaborate with relevant functional teams to ensure all project needs are met efficiently and effectively
Perform any ad-hoc duties or responsibilities as assigned by the production management team
Be flexible and adaptable to take on new tasks and challenges as they arise
REQUIREMENTS
Ability to handle manual products handling tasks efficiently
Proficient on all Microsoft Office software
Knowledge on fashion influencers and social platforms will be an added advantage
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Be flexible and adaptable to take on new tasks and challenges as they arise
