Creative Copyrighter and Project Manager Jobs in Pathum Wan, Bangkok City, Thailand at Stolen Stores
Title: Creative Copyrighter and Project Manager
Company: Stolen Stores
Location: Pathum Wan, Bangkok City, Thailand
Who Is Stolen Stores?
Stolen Stores is where collectives connect with your undiscovered originality.
All work is developed and crafted in Bangkok within our atelier, where designers and artisans work in close dialogue. Craft is not an afterthought. It is tested, refined, and resolved through practice and shared judgement.
Home to Stolen Studios and ONARIN, we move across fashion, hospitality, and experiential retail. From atelier floors to our rooftop café, everything is built with intention. Form with clarity. Process with integrity. Connection that feels personal.
We are growing with care. And care, at this scale, requires someone holding the threads.
The Mission
Move the work forward, and give it words.
This role sits between design, retail, café, and the outside world. You take an idea from the studio and carry it through to the moment a customer sees it, making sure every department knows what is coming, what is needed from them, and when.
Then you write it. The campaign, the launch, the caption, the invitation. The work should not stay inside the building, and you are the one who takes it out.
Clear.
Connected.
On time.
Your Role
Projects
• Own timelines across collections, campaigns, openings, and events, from first brief to delivery
• Translate creative intent into working plans that design, production, retail, and café teams can act on
• Run the flow of information between departments so nothing stalls waiting on an answer
• Chair project check-ins, track what was decided, and follow through until it is done
• Coordinate external partners: photographers, stylists, printers, agencies, venues, and press
• Manage project budgets and flag risks to timeline or cost before they become problems
• Keep documentation, assets, and schedules organised and accessible to the whole team
Words
• Write campaign, launch, and product copy across social, email, in-store, and web
• Build and maintain the marketing calendar across every channel
• Brief and coordinate content production, from shoot planning through to final assets
• Hold the brand voice steady across every outward-facing message
• Track what the work achieved and bring the findings into the next round
What We’re Looking For
• Several years across project management, brand marketing, or creative production, in any combination
• A track record of shipping on schedule with several moving parts and several people involved
• Genuinely strong writing in English. We will ask to read your work.
• Good Thai communication, spoken and written
• Comfortable moving between a design conversation and an operations conversation in the same hour
• Able to hold detail without losing the shape of the whole project
• Organised by instinct, not by force of will
• Senior enough to set the plan and defend it, not only to carry it out
• Experience in fashion, retail, hospitality, or agency work is an advantage
• Familiarity with social platforms, email tools, and project tracking tools is an advantage
You should be someone who is uneasy when a decision has no owner, and who closes that gap without being asked.
What This Is Not
• Not a coordinator role that only takes notes. You will set the plan, not just record it.
• Not a writing role at a distance from the work. You sit inside it, with the people making it.
• Not a role where projects and words belong to different people. Both are yours.
• Not complex bureaucracy. We work with clarity and intent.
Why Join
You will work directly with leadership and with department heads across design, retail, and café, on projects that reach the public within weeks, not quarters.
You will help build the operating rhythm of an independent brand at the point where it is deciding how it wants to run, and you will write the words it is known by.
