We’re looking for a Creative Development Manager to join the team, someone hands-on, visually driven, and confident bringing ideas to life across content, styling, and live environments.
Working closely with the Head of Creative Development, you’ll play a key role in shaping and executing creative across the group, with a strong focus on content creation, on-site delivery, and day-to-day creative output.
The Role
You’ll sit at the centre of the creative process supporting ideas as they move from concept through to real-world execution.
- Support the development of creative concepts across events, campaigns, and brand moments
- Lead on social media content creation across events and projects, including photography and short-form video
- Capture and produce high-quality, on-brand content that reflects AP&Co’s luxury aesthetic
- Assist in planning and delivering photoshoots, including styling and set-up
On site, you’ll be integral to bringing ideas to life:
- Support styling, sourcing, and creative install across both large-scale and intimate events
- Work closely with production and operations teams to ensure creative is delivered to a high standard
- Be confident working in fast-paced, live environments
You’ll also support the wider creative output:
- Assist with design files, presentations, and branded assets across digital and print
- Support content scheduling and social channels, maintaining a consistent visual identity
- Contribute to moodboards, research, and creative direction
What We’re Looking For
- A strong eye for visual storytelling, styling, and detail
- Proven experience in content creation, particularly photography and/or video
- Confident working on-site and contributing to live event delivery
- Experience in events, hospitality, or luxury brands is ideal—but not essential
- We’re open to candidates with transferable skills from fashion, lifestyle, or creative production backgrounds
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (or similar)
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects
