Overview
LMG is launching a new initiative creating virtual brand reps and digital twins for high-impact digital campaigns across our roster. We’re hiring a Project Manager to lead day-to-day execution across creator onboarding, photographic avatar development, and campaign deployment for current models – partnering with brands in athleisure, lingerie and swimwear.
This role sits at the intersection of fashion, media, digital content creation. You won’t just manage deliverables, you’ll architect the workflows behind a new kind of creator economy with digital twins.
Within 90 days, the right candidate will be positioned to scale into overseeing campaign teams, talent pipelines, and brand integration frameworks.

Position
As Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional implementation across multiple core teams, acting as the central coordinator between avatar creation units (spanning, modeling, and likeness licensing), talent managers and legal teams (ensuring brand safety and intellectual property rights), brand partners (aligning scripts, aesthetics, and campaign objectives), and developers and designers (managing motion, voice, and content distribution pipelines).
You’ll:
• Coordinate creator onboarding, asset collection, and digital twin generation
• Maintain campaign schedules and brand approval pipelines
• Liaise with tech teams to ensure avatars reflect current trends and fidelity
• Track engagement metrics and optimize rollout timelines
• Prepare creative briefs, track content deployment, and manage sprints across multiple markets
This is both a production and strategic coordination role. Your job is to make the magic happen—and scale it.

• 5–7 years in project management, digital media, campaign ops, or creative production
• Strong exposure to creator economy or fashion/beauty talent management
• Fluent in creative collaboration tools: Notion, Figma, Monday, AirTable, Slack, and AI content stacks
• Confident in interfacing with high-visibility talent, sensitive brand partners, and fast-moving tech teams
• Organized under pressure, deeply aesthetic-minded, and brand-aligned
