Role Description

We are looking for a Creative Director to own and shape the creative identity and product direction of the brand, working alongside a Brand/Marketing Lead to build a scalable, differentiated fashion business.

This role is ideal for a Head Designer or Senior Designer with deep product development knowledge and a sense of fashion creativity, ready to step into a broader leadership position – beyond product and into full brand creation.

Responsibilities

Creative and Brand direction

  • Define and evolve the brand's creative identity, aesthetic and visual language
  • Establish a clear and consistent brand world across product, campaigns, and channels
  • Lead creative direction for campaigns, lookbooks, and visual storytelling

Product and Collection direction

  • Own the creative vision of collections (concept, silhouette, material direction)
  • Work closely with design and production teams to ensure product coherence and quality
  • Ensure product alignment with brand positioning and target customer

Storytelling & Campaign alignment

  • Translate product and brand into compelling narratives
  • Collaborate with Brand Marketing Lead to ensure campaigns reflect brand identity
  • Define key messages and seasonal themes

Cross functional collaboration

  • Realize your vision for the brand alongside our marketing, operations, design and manufacturing teams
  • Balance creative ambition with commercial viability

Qualifications

  • 7-10 years experience in fashion design or creative roles
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating collection development and brand identity thinking (not just design execution)
  • Deep understanding of silhouette, materials, garment construction, as well as fashion cycles and product strategy
  • Strong aesthetic judgment and taste
  • Ability to connect product, brand, and customer
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing and business teams

Preferred:

  • Currently or previously in a Head Designer / Design Lead / Creative Lead role
  • Experience building or scaling a fashion brand
  • Experience in contemporary/premium segment
