We are seeking a talented and passionate Barber/Stylist to join our dynamic team. Duties
Provide high-quality haircuts, shaves, and styling services using both traditional and modern techniques.
Sanitate tools and workstations to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients.
Utilize straight razor techniques for precision cuts when appropriate.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring satisfaction with each service.
Upsell products and services by effectively communicating their benefits to clients.
Mentor junior staff members, sharing expertise and fostering a collaborative learning atmosphere.
Maintain accurate records of client services using salon software for scheduling and inventory management.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and barbering to provide informed recommendations.
Experience
Proven experience as a Barber/Stylist with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in hair styling and barbering.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Familiarity with retail math to assist in managing product sales and inventory.
Experience with salon software is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided as needed.
A passion for the beauty industry, coupled with a desire to continuously learn and grow within the profession.
