Reporting to the General Manager, you will provide compassionate hair care that meets the diverse needs of elderly individuals. Your work contributes to a friendly salon atmosphere and enhances the quality of life for residents. You will engage with clients, listen to their requests, and maintain a clean workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cut, color, and style hair according to client preferences
• Ensure salon tools are always clean and hygienic
• Create a calming environment through friendly interactions
• Address residents’ concerns about their hair promptly
• Participate in continuous training opportunities
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of beauty service experience necessary
• Cosmetology or barber license preferred
• Knowledge of hair care tools and techniques
• Proficient in English with good communication skills
• Ability to lift and manage up to 50 lbs
