Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Creative Head based in Delhi, India. The Creative Head will lead the creative vision, oversee brand development, and implement innovative strategies to achieve business objectives. Responsibilities include managing a creative team, developing branding initiatives, refining creative strategies, and collaborating with other teams to produce compelling designs and campaigns. The role requires both leadership skills and a strong artistic vision to deliver impactful outcomes for the brand.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Creative Direction and Creative Strategy
- Strong skills in Branding and creating cohesive brand identities
- Proficiency in Graphic Design and ability to oversee innovative design projects
- Experience in Team Management and leading diverse creative teams
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Background in fashion or retail design is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Arts, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and meet deadlines
