Position Summary

SET ACTIVE is looking for a Creative Manager to join our team! This role will be responsible for executing photoshoots, supporting the brand in managing all photography/deliverables needed, plus more. The right candidate will be experienced in the creative production world and have a deep understanding of photoshoot production. Responsibilities

Lead Creative Direction: Develop and execute innovative, on-brand creative across campaigns, social media, website, and email marketing.

Ensure Brand Consistency: Maintain cohesive messaging, visuals, tone, and style aligned with SET Active’s brand identity.

Drive Campaign Development: Conceptualize and execute creative for product launches, marketing campaigns, and collaborations.

Oversee Content Creation: Direct photoshoots, video content, and brand activations to produce high-quality visuals.

Manage Shoot Planning: Handle location scouting, talent selection, and logistics to ensure seamless execution.

Stay Ahead of Trends: Bring fresh, innovative ideas by tracking industry trends in fashion, lifestyle, and digital media.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with marketing, e-commerce, and product teams to align creative with business objectives.

Lead and Mentor: Provide direction and feedback to the creative team to foster collaboration and efficiency.

Optimize Workflow: Develop and implement efficient processes for content production and project execution.

Manage Timelines & Budgets: Ensure creative projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.

Oversee Post-Production: Supervise editing, retouching, and final approvals to maintain brand quality standards.

Handle Industry Partnerships: Manage relationships with agencies, artists, and contributors, negotiating contracts and rates.

Track Usage Rights: Manage and ensure proper usage rights across creative assets.

Support Product Innovation: Contribute to product development ideas that align with brand vision.

Maintain Quality Control: Review and approve final creative assets to meet brand and marketing objectives.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

4+ years in a content production or art direction role.

Proven ability to translate a brand’s identity into effective imagery.

Knowledge of the current production landscape.

Excellent communication, collaboration, leadership, and organization skills.

Impeccable attention to detail.

Strong understanding of art direction, identity, and visual storytelling.

Creative thinker who can push the boundaries with SET’s aesthetic.

Able to work in person in our Beverly Hills office.

Able to travel approximately 5-10% of the time.
