Position Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on Creative Manager to lead the development of compelling digital creative that brings our LifeWear philosophy to life across e-commerce, digital marketing, and social channels. This role oversees the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring projects meet brand standards, align with business goals, and are delivered on time and within budget. You will lead an in-house team of designers and creative developers, collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, and partner with global headquarters to localize creative assets for the U.S. market.
Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end creative process for digital marketing campaigns, e-commerce promotions, and social media content.
Manage and mentor a team of designers and creative developers, providing clear direction, feedback, and support for growth.
Translate marketing strategies and business objectives into clear creative briefs and actionable plans.
Collaborate with internal teams (Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, Social Media, Product Marketing, PR) and external vendors to deliver cohesive brand experiences across all digital touchpoints.
Ensure creative alignment with UNIQLO’s global brand guidelines while tailoring assets to resonate with the U.S. customer.
Oversee production timelines, resource planning, and project budgets to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
Monitor digital and creative trends, applying relevant insights to strengthen UNIQLO’s visual storytelling.
Establish and maintain internal creative standards, toolkits, and best practices to optimize team workflow and output.
Other related duties to be assigned by direct supervisor

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in creative management, preferably in retail, fashion, or e-commerce.
In-house experience with a global retail or consumer brand is a strong plus
Strong portfolio showcasing digital and e-commerce work, with a focus on brand storytelling, paid media, and social campaigns.
Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing creative teams.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication skills, able to present ideas clearly and collaborate effectively across teams.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple stakeholders.
Salary: $140,000 – $150,000 annually
