What this role really is
This is not a typical project management role.
At Flockshop, you’ll run high-volume, AI-driven creative production for fashion brands. That means messy inputs, shifting priorities, tight timelines, and constant pressure on quality.
Your job is simple to define and hard to execute:
deliver on time, at quality, every time—no matter the chaos.
What you’ll own
- Run end-to-end delivery across multiple parallel projects (creative + AI workflows)
- Manage daily production across pre-production → generation → QA → final delivery
- Handle volume spikes, rework loops, and last-minute changes without breaking timelines
- Own delivery KPIs: on-time %, approval rate, turnaround time, rework
- Work directly with designers, AI teams, QA, and engineers to keep execution aligned
- Translate unclear client briefs into clear, executable plans
- Manage external vendors / 3PL partners daily

- Build and maintain trackers, dashboards, and capacity plans (Excel/Sheets or tools)

What we’re looking for
You’ll do well here if you’ve actually done this before:
- Managed high-volume operations (hundreds/thousands of outputs, not small projects)
- Worked with external vendors and held them accountable to SLAs
- Handled multiple parallel projects under tight deadlines
- Operated in environments where things change daily and clarity isn’t given
Skills that matter:
- Strong in Excel / Google Sheets (trackers, capacity planning, performance dashboards)
- Comfortable with tools like ClickUp, Jira, Asana, Monday
- Understand how AI or automation workflows fit into production pipelines
- Can make fast, data-backed decisions under pressure
Mindset:
- You don’t wait for clarity—you create it
- You stay calm when things break
- You fix problems instead of escalating them
- You care about output, not just process
What success looks like
- High on-time delivery across projects (despite changing inputs)
- Strong first-pass approval rates
- Minimal last-minute escalations because risks are handled early
