Responsibilities:

Manages intake forms for New Projects as they are requested.

Meets with Project Lead to determine due dates and tasks involved within each project.

Creates project workback timelines and distributes with team members.

Set firm due dates for Roadmaps and ensure Campaign Deliverables are ready for the drop dates. This includes drops, events, gifting, ugc, retail, and other special projects.

Coordinates sourcing outside contractors and vendors as necessary.

Creates and manages workflows for Marketing and Creative teams.

Schedules, owns, attends, and actively participates in kick-off and status meetings (drive meetings).

Establish effective project communication plans and drive their execution.

Look ahead and plan strategies to alleviate rushed projects and maintain a healthy workload.

Execution

Ensure on-time, high quality delivery of all projects from end-to-end by defining project scope, developing detailed project plans, hitting milestones, managing budgets and schedules, and meeting all deadlines.

Resolve problems quickly and independently, while communicating important, relevant details as needed.

Flag project roadblocks, schedule changes, potential missed deadlines and shifting project scope with all stakeholders.

Streamline communication across multiple departments. Send out all roll out emails to the company.

Full management and daily focus on Marketing Tier 1 Campaigns and Open Casting, Special Projects.

Input Drop, Web, Email, and Social dates on Global Calendar and share cross functionally.

Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.

Facilitate change requests and ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget. Budget is not something I work on currently.

Work on several projects simultaneously.

Lead Team meetings 2x a week to review Project Due dates and pending tasks

Lead Cross Functional Meetings to report status on asset delivery.

Build Marketing Agenda for meeting with Owner and CBO weekly to provide project status updates

Works with Production and Creative team to manage postproduction scheduled and on-time delivery

Assists creative team with image selection process and retouching decks.

Tracks approvals from Owner and CBO to ensure assets are reviewed in the proper approval chain.

Time Management/Reporting

Plan and organize your activities to meet all deadlines, enhance performance, maximize productivity, and increase efficiency.

Set goals and timelines, be proactive with your tasks, and set clear exceptions for yourself.

Report back regularly to the team key learnings, overall results, and opportunities for improvement for all priority projects.
