We’re hiring a full-time Creative Specialist to join Lexa Creatives in Barcelona.
This role is central to our growth: building high-impact pitches and visual narratives that directly influence new business and client retention. We are a company in expansion, looking for someone who can take ownership and elevate our creative output.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong command of Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Experience with Google Workspace (Slides, Drive) for building structured, client-ready decks
- Knowledge of Premiere / motion tools
- Strong cultural awareness within fashion, lifestyle and creative industries
- Ability to translate brand identity into clear, compelling visual storytelling
- Responsible, proactive and detail-oriented mindset
- Genuine interest in fashion and the creative industry
- Fluent English (daily working language)
- Based in Barcelona and aligned with Lexa’s ecosystem
