Job Description

Skill needed:
· Dependable with a strong attendance record
· Credit/Collections skills
· Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, email and keyboarding is a must
· Ability to maintain confidentiality
· Excellent verbal skills and problem solving is required
· A friendly attitude toward customers and co-workers
This position is responsible for credit investigation and decision making in reviewing accounts and interacting with the customer in the collection of debt while also working with other departments within the company in an effort to resolve questions and concerns the customer may have.
