ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re a women’s consignment and resale boutique in Mayfield Heights looking for a friendly, fashion-forward Sales Associate to join our team. This is a great opportunity for students looking for flexible hours around their schedule, retirees who want to stay active and engaged, or anyone looking for a fun part-time role that doesn’t feel like a typical retail job. We move fast, we have fun, and we take pride in helping our customers find amazing pieces at great prices.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Deliver outstanding customer service — make every shopper feel welcome and valued
- Help customers find pieces they love and style them with confidence
- Process incoming resale items and assist with pricing and merchandising
- Keep the store looking polished, organized, and on-trend
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently
- Learn quickly, adapt to new tasks, and contribute to a positive team environment
- Keep the store looking tidy and clean
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Warm, outgoing personality with a genuine love for helping people
- An eye for current fashion trends and women’s style
- Coachable, quick learner who takes direction well and runs with it
- Thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment — slow days are not our thing
- Reliable and takes availability commitments seriously
- Weekend availability is required, especially Sundays
- Must be open to a variety of shifts, including evenings starting at 2:00 PM
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds and be on your feet for 6–8 hours per shift
