YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT
Reporting to the CRM specialist, the Clienteling Intern will play a key role in the implementation of CELINE CRM strategy at the Regional level.
YOUR IMPACT
With a strong focus in CRM, the Clienteling Intern’s main responsibilities are:
Responsabilities
Support the CRM Specialist on the coordination of the one to one and one to many outreach campaigns
Assist the CRM specialist on store requests
Manage internal CRM software and assist with boutique initiatives and database troubleshooting
Support CRM specialist in data export and weekly reporting
AD HOC
Conduct research projects as needed, competitor analysis, etc.
Help to design specific clients strategies around products / services / events

Education

MUST BE AN ACTIVE STUDENT IN THE NYC AREA
Compentencies
Keen on Clienteling / CRM experience in a luxury and/or fashion environment
Focused on customer satisfaction by continuously improving services, processes, collaborative capabilities
Strong business and entrepreneur sense
Team player / interested in the success of the organization
Responsibility for timeline deliverables
Analytical skills with an ability to translate results into actionable insights
Knowledge of Microsoft Office & Salesforce tools (Sales Cloud et Marketing Cloud)
