We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated CSR Specialist to join our team at the LVMH Group. This role is pivotal in supporting the development and implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives across our Maisons, fostering synergies, and leveraging existing best practices. The ideal candidate will also provide support on Duty of Vigilance tasks as needed.

Job Responsibilities

CSR Strategy and Implementation:

Propose, develop and implement CSR initiatives within the Group in Italy that align with the LVMH Group’s values and objectives.

Foster cooperation and synergies between different Maisons, identifying common grounds to enhance CSR efforts to reach the objectives set by the Group.

Discover and leverage existing best practices within the Group and restart valuable past projects where applicable.

Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of CSR programs.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote CSR initiatives.

Build and maintain positive relationships with Maisons, fostering a cooperative and non-imposing approach while keeping alignment and seeking synergies.

Communicate CSR achievements and progress to stakeholders effectively.

Promotion of Awareness and Engagement:

Promote awareness and engagement in CSR and DoV initiatives among the Group’s employees in Italy.

Organize and conduct training sessions, workshops, and awareness campaigns to foster a culture of social responsibility.

Representation and Partnerships:

Represent the company at conferences, CSR-related events, and forums to enhance reputation and discover potential partnerships.

Engage with NPOs, NGOs, and other players to explore collaborative opportunities and strengthen CSR efforts.

Monitoring and Reporting:

Monitor the progress of CSR initiatives and prepare regular reports. Supports the Maisons for Group reporting.

Analyze data to measure the impact of CSR and DoV programs and identify areas for improvement.

Present findings and recommendations to senior management.

Support on Duty of Vigilance:

Assist in the implementation and monitoring of the Duty of Vigilance activities especially in the HR related matters as well as Human Rights and H&S areas.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Support risk assessments and audit processes to identify and mitigate potential risks.

Profile

Experience in HR roles, good knowledge of CSR related subjects. Understanding of CSR principles, Duty of Vigilance, and relevant regulations. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a positive and cooperative approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
