We are currently looking for passionate, skilled Curly Hair Stylists to join our salon family on a booth rental basis. If you are experienced with curly hair cuts, styles, and treatments, and want to grow your business in a supportive space, we want to meet you!
Responsibilities
Provide specialized services for clients with curly and textured hair, including but not limited to cuts, styling, coloring, treatments, and product recommendations.
Build and maintain a loyal client base by providing exceptional service and creating personalized hair care plans.
Promote the salon’s curly hair services and your individual offerings through social media and word-of-mouth.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional booth that reflects the high standards of the salon.
Manage your own schedule and appointments independently.
Maintain professional relationships with clients and provide them with the best advice on curly hair care.
Comply with salon rules and regulations for cleanliness, sanitation, and safety.
Participate in any scheduled team meetings or salon events .
Requirements
Licensed Cosmetologist
Extensive experience working with curly and textured hair (cuts, color, treatments, etc.)
Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and create lasting relationships with clients.
Strong knowledge of curly hair care products, treatments, and techniques.
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule, including booking and client management.
Positive, professional attitude and a team-oriented approach to working with other stylists.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a clean and professional booth environment.
Social media presence is a plus, as we encourage stylists to build and promote their brand.
Booth Rental Details
You are an independent contractor and will be responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and some supplies.

Pay: $40,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
