Full Job Description
Apparel & Embroidery Associate –
Duties:
– Coordinate work orders and assist with designs
– Operate heat press to apply custom designs
– Stock and maintain showroom
– Assist clients with apparel selection
– Understand basic use of Word & Excel
– Basic understanding of CorelDRAW, AI or similar software
Skills:
– Excellent customer service skills with a customer-focused approach
– Knowledge of fashion design principles and ability to collaborate with designers
– Familiarity with graphic design concepts for apparel branding and marketing
– Ability to manage product inventory and ensure quality control standards are met
