Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Custom Clothier, located in Westport, CT. The Custom Clothier will work closely with clients to design and create custom clothing that reflects their unique style, preferences, and needs. Daily responsibilities include taking precise measurements, consulting with clients on fabric and styles, managing orders, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and fit. The role requires maintaining long-term client relationships to deliver unparalleled service and a bespoke experience. We are seeking a custom clothier to join both our women’s and men’s shops.
Qualifications
- Expertise in custom tailoring, precise measurement-taking, and garment fitting
- Strong understanding of fabric selection, styling, and fashion trends
- Excellent customer service and client relationship management skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in bespoke tailoring or luxury fashion is a strong advantage
