Role Description
We are looking for a full-time Customer Relationship Executive to join our team on-site in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Customer Relationship Executive will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing business relationships, providing excellent customer service, and handling client relations. The role involves daily communication with clients and stakeholders, addressing their needs, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote loyalty and repeat business.
Follow up on leads generated through campaigns, walk-ins, or referrals.
Promote Fashion TV Kolkata’s services, events, and offerings effectively.
Schedule appointments or bookings for salon services, events, or consultations.
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
Gather customer feedback and share insights with the management team.
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
