Supporting the CRM Manager, the CRMMarketingCoordinator will play a key role in managing the Strand+ loyalty program, executing engaging email and SMS campaigns, and utilizing customer insights to power effective marketing strategies.

We are looking for someone who is highly analytical and data-driven with a keen interest in drivingcustomer engagement and retention through delivering personalized, targeted experiences.

What You Will Be Doing

Support the evolution of the Strand+ loyalty program, identifying new opportunities for customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Collaborate with teams to execute email and SMS campaigns

Analyse customer lifecycle data to enhance experiences and identify actionable insights.

Assist in managing CRM database hygiene, segmentation, and personalization strategies.

Help optimize omnichannel customer journeys across all stages of the customer lifecycle.

Report on CRM channel performance and customer lifecycle analytics.

Assist with data integrations for journeys, product feeds, and behavioral data.

Support the planning, execution, and reporting of loyalty campaigns and customer surveys.

Conduct market research to identify and capitalize on new revenue opportunities.

Who are you?

2+ years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, ecommerce, or a related field.

Email marketing experience (and analysis of A/B tests within email campaigns)

Data-driven and analytical mindset

Strong commercial awareness

An understanding of audience segmentation and how to target customers effectively.

Proficiency in Excel.

Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Proactive, data-driven, and creative approach to problem-solving.

High level of adaptability and flexibility to frequent changes in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience).
