Everbest is seeking a CRM Lead to drive the strategy and execution of programs to increase the lifetime value of customers at Everbest. The right candidate is a hands-on, self-starter with a proven track record of growing our customer retention at a retail business, preferably in fashion.
Your day-to-day:
Create, maintain, monitor and optimize CRM programs
Evaluation CRM Systems
Responsible for member benefit
Create CRM Calender & monthly
Collabs with ops to eradicate fraud from employee and members
Responsible for acquisition new member, retention program
Make program for loyalty member
Controling all channel communication: email, WA (chat to shop)
Responsible for conversion voucher CRM
Controling CS
Folow up vendor for technical issue
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
Ability to manage multiple channels and teams
2-3+ years running and executing enterprise level communication plans across multiple marketing verticals
Experience running successful social campaigns
Creative enough to create Member Activity for offline and online
Strong analytical background. “Gut” analytics are nice, data-driven results are even better! UTMs and tracking parameters are your second language
