Customer Service Coordinator at Industrial Printer Company Job at iDA Australia – Rydalmere NSW

We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator in our Customer operations which are as core to our client services as the products themselves!

Being a member of our Customer Service team, you will be responsible for service administrative processes and master data. In this role you will also receive, record, and process service orders, enquiries and attend to customer requests for servicing printing equipment.

A Customer Coordinator interacts with the service & the admin team, our clients and the third-party vendors. You’ll be challenged to manage the administrative support for the customer service operations.

Experience in customers and telephone support and CRM software operations is required.

Applicants will be for a full-time role as a RIP software support and service tech should they exhibit a positive work attitude, experience and ability on the job.

Main Duties:

  • Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Following-up internal and external enquiries
  • Managing and escalating customer enquiries
  • Looking for ways to improve the customer experience
  • Receive, record, process and follow up customer service requests
  • Ensure efficient planning & dispatch of engineers to customer sites, for install and repair ​of equipment
  • Manage customer enquiries concerning parts availability, deliveries, invoicing, and returns
  • Manage service technician job sheets and associated invoicing
  • Assist with Spare parts inventory management
  • Work with Service team to assist in raising warranty parts invoices, o​n a monthly basis
  • ​​Coordinate monthly stock-take and generate report​s ​to Admin & Service management
  • Generate various reports to Management team as per request
  • Analyze service report
  • Manage and maintain the CRM System
