About the Position:
The customer service associate serves as a key point of contact for our retail partners, providing exceptional customer service and seamless order support from start to finish. This role is responsible for processing orders, managing invoice fulfillment, and assisting buyers with product inquiries to ensure a smooth and positive experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicative, and passionate about building strong relationships with our boutique and retail partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service with clear communication both verbally and written
- Be able to assess and address any discrepancies, irregularities, and potential issues with orders/ customers
Order Processing and Fulfillment
- Maintain proper order fulfillment windows from both trade show and online orders
- Communicate with fellow team members and warehousing staff for properly
Payment Processing
- Accurately process a high volume of payments for all pending orders.
- Time management of both new orders and declined orders
Warehouse Assistance
- Occasional ordering picking assistance with the warehouse team to help expedite order processing.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 – 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite Programs, Google Sheets, & Google Docs
- Must have strong attention to details, excellent communication skills, able to manage multiple duties simultaneously and manage your time and duties well.
- Knowledge of operating with ERP systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior B2B customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of ERP systems
- Knowledge of fashion terminology
Education and Experience:
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, or Related Fields
- 2 – 3 years of Customer Service Experience
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
- In-office working environment
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift to 25 lbs
