We are seeking a detail-oriented E-Commerce / Order Processing & Fulfillment team member to support our growing women’s fashion business.
Responsibilities:
– Process online orders
– Manage orders on website, FashionGo, and Faire
– Upload products, images, descriptions, and pricing
– Maintain accurate inventory and product data
– Handle customer service via phone and email
– Support shipping, returns, and fulfillment tasks
– Assist with photoshoots and e-commerce projects
Qualifications:
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills
– Good English communication skills
– E-commerce platform knowledge is a plus
– Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills required
– Entry level welcome
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
Pay: Based on experience
Benefits: Daily lunch, paid vacation, holidays, and sick days
Pay: $18.00 – $30.00 per hour
