Job Summary
  • Inbound Calls – no sales calls or cold calling
  • Pre-Sales Assistance
  • Assist with things like
  • Answer questions about products from our catalogs and help screens
  • Enter orders – sample swatches, quotes, new orders
  • Post-Sales Assistance
  • Assist with things like
  • Status updates/order tracking
  • Troubleshooting using available guides
  • Enter orders – parts, repair, remakes
  • Issue credits

Requirements:


Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma
  • Basic computer skills


Skills/Training

  • Good communication skills (written, oral, listening, approachable)
  • Ability to build relationships with customers
  • Good analytical skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Multitasking skills
  • Reliability

Physical Requirements
