JOB DESCRIPTION
E-Commerce Assistant/order processing/cs
Position: Full time
Hours: 8:30-5:00 (Mon-Fri)
Salary depends on experience

RESPONSIBILITIES
-Order processing, PO, SO, Invoicing, picking, and QC
-Help customers via calls and emails regarding, sales, placing orders, order confirmation, product & promotion questions, shipping, returns, etc.
-Processing returns, RA, Credit Memos
-Keeping CS logs up to date and accurate (detail oriented)
-Amazon, Shopify, Faire, Fashiongo, SHEIN, Whatsapp CS + order fulfillment
-Assist with production work such as tagging garments, spec sheets, light office work
REQUIREMENTS
-Must be highly organized, possess exceptional communication skills and be able to multi-task efficiently.
-Experience with N41, FashionGo, Shopify, Faire, SHEIN, Amazon
-Experience with fashion wholesale b2b sales
-Must have prior experience working in E-commerce/customer service
-Must be able to walk, bend, carry and lift up to 40lbs
– English/ Spanish Bilingual needed with a valid drivers license
