The role

Your mission is simple: ensure our users' success and happiness. You'll be the person our clients trust most — the one who gets them up and running, listens to their needs, and makes sure working with Refabric is not just effective, but genuinely enjoyable. This role spans onboarding, training, account management, and day-to-day support across a global client base. We're a start-up, so expect the role to evolve — and your ideas to matter.

What you'll do

Manage multiple customer accounts across Europe, America, and Asia, ensuring each client has a great experience in the platform, and hopefully, a little bit of fun along the way

Set up PoC users for efficiency by understanding their specific needs, timeline, and goals then define a tailored strategy that leads to a successful AI implementation

Host online and in-person workshops, onboarding sessions, and training programs for Studio and Enterprise users

Listen to user feedback across all areas of the industry — from fashion design and marketing to photography and graphics teams — and bring those insights back to the product

Take care of all customers, big or small — from answering email support to jumping on one-to-one calls

What we're looking for

Degree in Fashion Design, Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

Strong knowledge of the fashion and textile industry — you understand how collections are built, how brands work, and what creative teams need day to day

Genuine curiosity about AI tools and how they apply to creative industries — you don't need to be technical, but you need to be enthusiastic

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you're naturally empathetic and know how to make people feel heard and supported

Fluent in English (spoken and written) — French is a strong plus given the Paris base and client proximity

Comfortable managing multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously — organised, proactive, and calm under pressure

Nice to have

+Prior experience in a customer success, account management, or client-facing role — ideally in SaaS or a tech environment

+Existing network within the European or global fashion industry

+Experience using AI-powered design, production, or content tools
