The Opportunity
TextileGenesis™ is expanding our Customer Engagement team and is looking for high‑performing Sustainability / Traceability Customer Success Managers to lead complex customer programs. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of sustainability, technology, and supply‑chain transformation, helping fashion brands build transparent and responsible sourcing ecosystems.
We are ideally seeking candidates based in the New York area. The role is primarily remote, with occasional time spent in our New York office.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end implementation of traceability programs for global fashion brands and standards
- Support brands in understanding and deploying the TextileGenesis traceability platform
- Train and onboard multi‑tier supplier ecosystems across regions
- Manage customer programs from onboarding through steady‑state execution
- Partner closely with sustainability, sourcing, supply chain, IT, communications, and business development teams
- Serve as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships across diverse cultural and business environments
- Proactively identify risks, challenges, and opportunities and drive solutions
Required Experience & Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and organizational skills
- Proven experience managing and leading complex projects
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross‑functional teams
- Strong problem‑solving skills with a proactive mindset
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets
- 5+ years’ experience in fashion and/or sustainability (required)
- Engineering background or MBA from Tier‑1 or Tier‑2 institutions (preferred)
