We are a rapidly growing company in the Sacramento region with multiple shops opening over the next 5 years. We are looking for a Cut and Shave Artist who is committed to growth. Management and regional positions will be available.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide a wide range of hair and beauty services to clients, including haircuts, coloring, styling, and treatments.
Perform barbering services such as beard trims and shaves; using a straight razor is preferred but not required.
Conduct consultations with clients to determine their desired look and provide recommendations.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in cosmetology and hair styling.
Sanitize tools and equipment before and after each use to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Handle retail sales of hair care products and recommend suitable products to clients.
Utilize salon software for appointment management, inventory tracking, and maintaining client records.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
