This is a Part-Time position with a clear path to Full-Time as our territory continues to grow.

What You’ll Do
- Consultative Design: Guide homeowners through the selection of high-end window coverings for both indoor and outdoor applications.
- Lifecycle Ownership: Manage the project from the initial consultation and order placement through to a successful Craftsman Team hand-off.
- Technical Excellence: Utilize proprietary technology for precision quoting, ordering, and project tracking.
- Lead Stewardship: Treat every company-provided lead as a premium asset while growing your own professional network.
What You Bring
- Expertise: A background in Window Coverings, Drapery, or Exterior Shading is a significant advantage. Interior Design experience is highly appreciated.

Pay: $1,500.00 – $10,000.00 per month

- Availability & Workflow: Are you available year-round to manage a variable part-time schedule that fluctuates between busy and slow weeks based on client demand?
- Versatility & Extra Fees: Are you willing to assist with lead generation or installation support tasks in exchange for an additional project partner fee?
- Travel & Non-Traditional Hours: Are you comfortable with extensive driving across the Valley (and occasionally the state), including shifts that may fall on weekends or early/late hours?
