What You’ll Be Doing as a Stylist with Salon Secrets Spa:
Transform hair with cuts, colors, and other services that leave clients feeling their absolute best.
Keep up with the pace of a busy salon while making every guest feel welcome and cared for.
Use your styling expertise to create personalized looks that match each client’s unique vibe, face shape, and hair goals.
Show off your knowledge of color theory to help clients pick the perfect shades for their skin tones and lifestyles.
Keep your station clean, organized, and in line with all health and safety standards (because no one likes a messy workspace).
Share your skills and experience to mentor junior stylists, helping them grow and succeed.
Use a bit of retail math to recommend products your clients will love, manage inventory, and track sales.
Stay on top of hair trends and techniques—we love stylists who are excited to keep learning!
What We’re Looking for in You:
A current cosmetology license (Pennsylvania) and at least 3 years of experience doing what you do best.
Confidence in styling and coloring hair, with strong technical skills to back it up.
A friendly, easy-to-talk-to personality with excellent communication skills.
The ability to keep up in a fast-paced salon, juggling clients and tasks like a pro.
An eye for detail and a commitment to top-notch quality in everything you do.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $40,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 28 – 40 per week
