Supply Chainarea is looking for aninternto support the team. This role is a great opportunity to join a cross-functional strategic team and learn about supply chain and the business in a challenging and unique moment that the brand is living.

Your role will be:
Update and distribute on a weekly basis to main stakeholders
Support on tracking seasonal pending orders and propose actions to be taken based on delivery window and seasonality.
Co-ordinate with Industrial and Merch team pending orders cancelations due to MOQ
Support updating working files, attending meetings with different stakeholders as well as preparing meetings minutes
Support in inventory analysis to help understand how inventory levels are evolving for the different dimensions analysed (by category, product type, season etc).
Internships at LOEWE:
You must be currently enrolled in studies that allow you to sign an internship agreement (convenio de beca) with your university
If you are from the UE you must have a student NIE. If you are from outside the UE, you need a working permit.
Our internships run for 6-12 months and the hours will generally be 9am to 6.30pm Mondays to Thursdays and 9am to 3pm on Fridays
You’ll receive study support per month as well as a daily lunch subsidy
About you:
Interest in fashion & culture and considering a career in Engineering, Business or similar.
Currently enrolled in a Master in Fashion/ Supply Chain Management
High level of English, other languages (French and Spanish) will definitively be a plus
Good level of Microsoft office programs (mainly Power Point and Excel) is mandatory. Power BI will be a plus
Well-organized, comfortable in working in fast paced environments
Analytical capabilities and numeric aptitude are a must
Great attention to detail, pride in the quality of your work
