Key Responsibilities:
Providingservice excellenceand motivating the team in achievingsales targets.
Having an in-depth knowledge andappreciationfor the brand and using these elements to share the legacy and vision with clients.
Analyse individual KPIs to support the sales team, under the guidance of the Store Manager, in order to achieve the objectives set.
Requirements:
Strong luxury background as a manager in a home & furniture brand.
Have an authentic approach with clients and demonstrate strongcommunication skills
A true leader, eloquent, well spoken and an Ambassador to the brand.
Offering:
Salary up to £60,000basic depending on experience.
