Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Department Manager role located in Vapi. The Department Manager will oversee daily operations within the assigned department, manage a team to ensure achievement of sales targets and excellent customer service, and maintain product displays and inventory levels. Responsibilities include monitoring team performance, providing training, resolving customer queries, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.

- Proficiency in planning, organization, and executing activities to meet sales objectives and productivity goals.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to address customer needs and resolve issues effectively.
- Understanding of inventory management, merchandising, and retail operations.
- Attention to detail, with the ability to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
- Experience in retail management or a related field is advantageous.
- Proficient in basic computer and point-of-sale systems.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
