Job Title: Deputy Country Visual ALO & On
Reports To : Country Visual Merchandising Manager – ALO & On Thailand
Job Purpose : To act as the Deputy to the Country Visual Merchandising Manager, supporting strategic planning and driving high-quality VM execution across ALO & ON Thailand. The role ensures operational excellence, alignment with commercial objectives and consistency of brand standards nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the development of country VM strategy aligned with commercial targets
• Act as the Country VM representative in meetings and decision forums when required
• Analyze store performance and provide VM action plans to optimize sell-through and productivity
• Spend approximately 90% of working time in stores and wholesale to ensure high-quality VM execution and team support.
• Conduct regular store visits to audit, correct, and maintain VM standards
• Support and coach VM training for store staff and wholesale partners
• Coordinate VM graphics, signage, and materials
• Execute seasonal VM guidelines, campaigns, launches and will
• Oversee VM operational processes including budgeting coordination and reporting control
• Support cross-functional coordination with Wholesale, Retail Operations, and Merchandising teams
• Provide on-site support during new store openings and key commercial activations or weekend when required
• Travelling across the country or international when required.
Skills & Competencies
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and basic design tools
• Ability to create and adapt VM graphics, signage and layour mock-ups
• Solid stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Strong visual sense and attention to detail
• Hands-on, proactive, and well organized
• Good communication and basic training skills
• Able to travel for store visits
• Cope with high workload

Qualifications & Experience
• 5-7 years’ experience in Visual Merchandising, Retail Operations, or related field
• Solid multi-store experience in a fast-paced retail environment
• Experience with wholesale doors or multi-store environments is preferred
• Background in fashion, lifestyle, or sportswear retail is an advantage
• High abilities to work under pressure environment and tight timeline.
