About The Deputy Head Of Boutique RoleBased in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur, this role requires an experienced luxury Boutique Manager who is focused, passionate and driven to provide impeccable customer service. The Deputy Head of Boutique plays an important role in inspiring and managing the boutique team to achieve the mission of the brand, and is the primary driver of effective day-to-day operations in the boutique

Job Responsibilities

Work with individual boutique team members to gain a thorough and personalized understanding of every Elite and High Client, actively planning how to attract their return visits.

Set high standards in all aspects of customer service in consultation with the Head of the Boutique and motivate the boutique team to achieve these standards via:

Conducts or appoints senior boutique staff members to conduct daily checks to ensure that window and in-boutique displays consistently reflect the essence of the seasonal line and are in accordance with the brand image.

Ensures or appoints senior boutique staff members to ensure that the boutique environment is always in optimum condition from cleanliness to maintenance of furniture, fixtures, and décor including the professional image of team members.

Organize or appoint senior boutique staff members to organize regular inspections on the boutique team’s grooming.

Ensure the boutique is presented as a luxury retail environment in line with the brand strategy.

Job Requirements:

Highly experienced in luxury retail merchandising and sales process

Outstanding customer service knowledge and delivery

Excellent people management skills

Strong commercial sales skills in a luxury retail environment with the appropriate use of sales tools/techniques and promotions to drive excellent results

Strong eye for detail with best practice knowledge of stock control and retail sales management (retail KPIs, conversion rate)

Strong numerical and literacy skills

Precision and accuracy when handling customer details and transactions

Inspiring leadership skills with high level of confidence and maturity

Strong and effective people manager

Friendly and approachable to all customers and colleagues alike

Quality driven with high standards of customer service and attention to detail

Flexible approach to task and work activity
