Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Deputy Manager IE within Ahsan Group Limited, located in Gulshan. The Deputy Manager IE will oversee industrial engineering processes, optimize production workflows, and improve efficiency across operations. Responsibilities include analyzing data, implementing process improvement methodologies, preparing production plans, and collaborating with different teams to ensure that organizational targets are met effectively and efficiently. The role will also involve training staff on efficient production methodologies and monitoring compliance with quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in production analysis, process optimization, and workflow management skills
- Strong data collection, analytical, and critical-thinking skills with the ability to provide actionable insights
- Knowledge of time measurement techniques, work-study methods, and lean manufacturing practices
- Excellent communication, team collaboration, and leadership capabilities
- Proficiency in using industrial engineering software and tools
- A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar position; experience in the garment or manufacturing industry is preferred
