About the Role
Work directly with Emma, the founder to support with fashion design, production, and development. Get hands-on experience with local factories, artisans, and overseas manufacturers.
Responsibilities
Support Founder in day-to-day functions.
Organizing, Filing, and maintaining fabric and trim library for young fashion brand.
Assist with raw material sourcing.
Assist in design research and presentation boards for development seasons.
Work closely with our vendors to ensure quality and timelines
Other tasks and responsibilities reasonably requested or assigned by the Company.
Assist in design research, sketching, and mood boards
Support founder in fabric and material sourcing
Qualifications
Currently lives in Los Angeles with a reliable vehicle.
Fashion Product Development or Production experience (1-2 years) preferred but not limited.
Computer proficiency in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Computer proficiency in Photoshop & Illustrator & InDesign
Strong planning and organizational skills with a sense of priority for deadlines and attention to detail.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

Location: Downtown Los Angeles (DTLA)
Schedule: **Part-time, 2-3 days/week
