About you: You are a creative and detail-driven Design Graduate who brings both technical skill and a genuine love of elevated, premium fashion. You possess a passion for garment construction, fabrication, and translating concepts into commercially relevant pieces, alongside 1-2 years' experience in a fashion design position within womenswear. From technical sketches and mood boards to fabric research and tech pack support, you know how to bring creative concepts to life with precision and care.
You are equally at home sketching a concept by hand as you are refining a technical drawing in Adobe Illustrator, a natural collaborator, you work seamlessly across Design, Product Development, and Production teams to ensure every detail aligns with KIVARI's signature aesthetic.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Contribute to the design of seasonal ranges by creating and presenting concepts, mood boards and technical sketches.
- Assist Designers across product categories, supporting seasonal range development.
- Conduct fabric, trim, and print research aligned with trend and brand direction.
- Create detailed and accurate technical drawings in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Support sustainable design practices and work within margin and cost targets.
- Assist with preparing technical sketches and updating tech packs under guidance.
- Support supplier communication regarding trims, sampling and approvals as directed.
- Input and manage range information in Style Arcade, ensuring accuracy throughout the season.
- Maintain design documentation, design boards, and archives in a structured and timely manner.
- Support range reviews, internal presentations, and prepare collateral for key decision points.
- Organise sample tracking, design calendar updates, and ensure adherence to the critical path.
- Support collaboration between the Design, Product Development and Production teams.

Qualifications:
- 1-2 years’ experience in a fashion, design internship or design support role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Excel.
- Womenswear experience
- Knowledge of garment construction, fabrication, and the end-to-end development cycle.
- Ability to do sketches by hand.
- Excellent design and conceptual skills.
- Excellent sense of style and colour.
- High level of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Efficiently managing time ensuring productivity and meeting deadlines.
- Outstanding communication skills, clear and effective in both written and verbal.
- General commitment to global sustainability.
