Role Overview
We are looking for a Design Assistant to support our Creative Director and design team in bringing collections from concept to reality. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about fashion, with a balance of creativity and follow-through.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and updates of tech packs
- Support with sample coordination — tracking, organizing, receiving, and shipping
- Help maintain design room organization including fabrics, trims, swatches, and sample racks
- Communicate with factories and vendors regarding development and production details
- Assist with fit sessions and approvals
- Support the team with photoshoot prep + on-set assistance
- Handle light administrative tasks such as email correspondence and scheduling
- Contribute to moodboards and trend research to support seasonal design direction
Qualifications
- Degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, or related field preferred
- 1–2 years of fashion industry experience (internships included)
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Google Suite
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for design, fashion, and the contemporary womenswear market
- Written proficiency in Mandarin and/or Korean is preferred, but not required

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.02 – $28.93 per hour
