Build the next chapter of modern luxury.
Naked Cashmere is looking for a Design Director and Creative Architect to help define the future of our brand.
This is a rare opportunity for a creative leader who sees beyond product—someone who understands that modern luxury is built through design, storytelling, imagery, experience, and a clear point of view.
Working directly with the CEO, you will shape every expression of the brand, from seasonal collections and creative direction to campaigns, digital experiences, retail, and the emotional world surrounding Naked Cashmere.
We’re not looking for someone to maintain a brand.
We’re looking for someone to build one.
What You’ll Lead
• Establish the creative vision for each season—from concept and color to storytelling and execution.
• Lead the design of elevated collections that balance timelessness with modern relevance.
• Build a complete lifestyle point of view that extends beyond knitwear into the world our customer wants to live in.
• Partner closely with Marketing, E-commerce, Product Development, Merchandising, and Production to ensure one consistent creative vision.
• Inspire and mentor a collaborative creative team while raising the standard of design across the company.

You have exceptional taste and a highly developed creative point of view.
You think in stories before products.
You understand proportion, color, craftsmanship, and restraint.
You draw inspiration from architecture, interiors, travel, art, hospitality, and culture—not just fashion.
You have spent 12+ years building luxury or elevated lifestyle brands and have helped create brands people aspire to belong to—not simply products they want to buy.
Most importantly, you’re energized by building something meaningful from the ground up.
