Overview:
As a key facilitator between our regional Design team and Clients, your support to the success of the Agency’s creative projects is crucial; ensuring timely feedback and adaptability to team and client needs, while managing the design production processes with both technical knowledge and understanding, to best enable the team to deliver high-quality creative work.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide daily operational support to the Design team, including conducting quality checks, problem-solving, and guiding improvement and efficiency opportunities to their work processes and workflows.
Oversee the team’s output conceptualisation and production across digital, social, print, and brand development, ensuring that they meet both Client and Agency vision, objectives and standards.
Coordinate across the Agency’s departments to guarantee a smooth workflow with the Design team.
Regularly update all delegated clients on the progress and delivery of project tasks and deliverables, as well as timely projection and communication of next steps.
Monitor and manage project budgets, schedules, team traffic, and service agreements with key stakeholders.
Demonstrate initiative to process incoming Branding and Design-focused leads to define project requirements and scopes, provide fee estimates and project schedules, and negotiate where necessary for positive outcomes.
Work with the Agency’s Finance personnel to ensure timely briefing, dissemination and payment of invoices for all delegated Clients according to the agreed payment schedules.
Source, onboard, and manage external creative partners (e.g. Creative Directors, Art Directors, Illustrators, Copywriters) if and when required for delegated projects. Negotiate and execute statements of work requirements, budget estimates and partner contracts.
Adopt a collaborative and empathetic approach to team management and client servicing.
