Purpose Of The Role:The Design Intern will provide invaluable support to the Design team for all Karl Lagerfeld Outlet lines for Ready to Wear Men and Women and Accessories. This role entails close collaboration with the Design Outlet team, as well as the Product Development team, in executing various tasks such as design research and updating design and product overviews.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in creating and updating technical sketches to support TechPack updates.

Conduct design research to support conceptualization and development processes.

Collaborate on seasonal overviews, range plans, color boards, and fabric boards under the guidance of the Design Team.

Ensuring all Seasonal files are kept up-to-date.

Prepare for fitting sessions and organize and record relevant information.

Provide general support to the Design Team and assist in maintaining office organization.

The Profile

Bachelor’s degree in fashion.

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is essential.

Proficient in conducting research.

Demonstrated a distinctive product taste level.

Possesses a keen eye for detail and maintains consistency in work.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and design developments.

Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Demonstrates flexibility, adaptability, and a positive “can-do” attitude.

Excellent communication skills.

Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
