GOLDIE is a global fashion brand seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and aesthetically driven Design & Product Development Coordinator to support our Founder and product development team. This role is based in our Hamptons office, where we prioritize work-life balance while fostering a creative, dynamic, and entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with Founder on seasonal product development
- Organize and maintain development calendars and timelines
- Track fabrics, trims, colors, and sample status
- Assist with fittings, fit notes, and product organization
- Provide administrative support for brand and ecommerce marketplace stores, including inventory and pricing accuracy
- Oversee and manage press requests
- Maintain and organize the sample archive, including seasonal development materials, color standards, prints, prototypes, and fit samples
- Coordinate sample shipments, special requests, and trade shows with showrooms
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Sheets, and Google Drive
- Shopify experience is a plus
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Strong visual and aesthetic sensibility
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
