ABOUT RODEBJER
Rodebjer is a fashion brand established in New York City in 2000 by Carin Rodebjer. The brand was built at the intersection of Ludlow Street and a gravel path on the island of Gotland in the Baltic Sea, where Carin was born and raised. The contrast between the two defines the brand’s pragmatic maximalism—styles that are expressive yet easy to wear. What began as Carin’s personal quest for independence soon evolved into a brand embraced by women in both New York and our native Sweden. Rodebjer quickly became a cult favorite among young women who shared the same desire for independence and self-expression.
Our office is located in Gamla Stan, Stockholm, where we work in a creative environment shaped by the belief that great ideas come from an open dialogue, curiosity and collaboration. We value open minds and foster a strong, optimistic, and inclusive team spirit.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a designer at Rodebjer, you will play a key role in shaping the brand’s next chapter. You will work closely with the creative and strategic teams and report directly to the Creative Director and Product Development Manager. Your work should drive change and growth by being relevant, distinct, and authentically on brand.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• You will develop strong designs and an assortment in line with creative direction, the brand platform and sales feedback
• You will translate our customers response and needs into future product icons
• You will run the design process full circle from idea to sketch to flat sketch and AI rendering and you will run all fittings with the in-house pattern-maker. You will work hand-in-hand with the Product Development Manager and close to the Creative Director.
• You will ensure that all products are relevant, have a perfect fit, are on brand and easy to wear
MERITS
• Minimum 5+ years of experience working in-house at a fashion brand
• Higher design education
• A portfolio showcasing high-quality work
• Advanced proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator
• Knowledge and interest in AI rendering an advantage

The position is full-time (40 hours/week) and located at the Rodebjer HQ in Stockholm.
The starting date will be agreed upon with the successful candidate.
